OK..i never thought i would be back here again in a space of just 6 days after i just posted a complaint about the same service and company but i have run out of patience by now and all i can say RAM is just chicken feet, today i spoke to one consultant again and what she could say was that they can dispatch my parcel tomorrow which is an everyday excuse now...like i made a purchase at vodacom on the 3rd since now am still waiting for it on my previous review i posted on the 14th this month they acted like they care only because their name was up there and they rep**** needing my parcel number i sent it back to them and still waiting for my parcel.. I WOULD NOT AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND RAM TO OTHER CUSTOMERS i mean there is plenty couriers and we customers sign a petition for companies for companies to not contract ram since we are the customers on the end receiving point i wonder what would happen (A mere phone that you fail to deliver what about other peoples valuable assets) ndi matoko a kholomo zwothe hewi
