Service is Absolutely Appalling

This is by far the worst service I had ever received from a company. My parcel was due on Friday 11 March 2022 and the gentleman who called wanted to confirm the delivery address, which I did and he advised the driver is not coming to the area which is strange because I thought they deliver anywhere in the country. I then called in on Saturday 12 March 2022 and made arrangements and was told I will receive my parcel on Tuesday 15 March 2022 and I'm still not going to get it. I called in again and was told I'm only receiving my parcel on Wednesday 16 March 2022. The agent who assisted me recently could not answer my questions clearly and basically showed no interest and repeated herself. I'm really not happy about receiving the runaround and my parcel being delayed after I've placed my order weeks ago. You guys just know how to completely take the novelty and the excitement out of receiving a new gift. Will never bother you guys again.
