Ram is the absolute worst courier company ever. After a failed delivery this past thursday (after only a email notification the day if delivery) they were suppose to deliver on friday then. Still nothing happened. After spending how much airtime trying to find out what is going i am being told they only communicate via email to the hub no telephone calls can be made. Absolute bull..... phoned again on monday - no feedback received. Phoned this morning to find out they wanna send my parcel to Richardsbay - while i stay in Cape town. Tracking nr K***. Cell nr ***
