Service Delivery - Failure

Having dealt with a lot of courier companies, yours is unfortunately the worst I have experienced. From your team not taking down the full address for delivery, to not making contact to advise of delivery issues, to getting calls from your number which they then hang up as soon as you answer (one ring literally). I now have to wait for a re delivery as the team left the area, after me calling in 1 minute after them having left the correct address without a call. I am livid. And Vodacom will now get a piece of this too. It takes a lot to push me over the edge, but well done, you have succeeded in one day.
