Service delivery
I have received the worst service from Ram as order was suppose to be out for delivery today I call in get told its not out for delivery. I've been calling them all week and was told it would be out i wish to never shop with any company that uses Rams services again

27 Sept 2019, 08:49And Ram service just keeps getting worst just received a sms with incorrect address on it I was assured by complaints handler Walter that my delivery address has been changed. I called into call centre an they just dropped the call after confirm my order is coming to wrong address. Failed callbacks from advisers. This service is just terrible.

We have informed the driver to ensure he/she delivers your parcel today. Please ensure you have your Proof of residence; Original ID and a copy of your ID. Your proof of residence shouldnt be older than three months. Kind regards
