What a horrible courier service. My order was handed over to them on the 8th April, eventually was on delivery on the 13th April. However, they had an incorrect address which I do not know where they got because I had given my correct address. They promised to deliver the following day and they did not and there was no communication.

Eventually I call them on the 17th following and the lady gave me so much attitude, asking to call back and she never did. I had to call AGAIN only for her to tell me she does not know when they’ll deliver because their co *********** partner BOB GO is not responding to emails and they cannot call. Yhooooo never again
