I wish I had checked Hello Peter first! Then I wouldn't have made this mistake. I am honestly experiencing some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I have sent emails that don’t receive any response, I have used the online chat service AND I have spoken to agents. Contact and escalations were promised and nothing happened. I waited for a parcels to be collected for 3 days!!! Today is the expected delivery date and my parcels have not even been collected! I have since cancelled this service – however I am still waiting to hear from the “online department” about how I process my refund (considering NO service was given on RAM’s part). So holding thumbs I at least get my money back and don't just end up paying double to receive my parcels. For a small business who needed their stock in time for an event, this was really disappointing service. Never again!
