I am really utterly disappointed and disgusted with this courier I have been tracking my parcel and on the 17th I receive a call from them asking me to confirm my address of which I did and they confirmed that they will deliver my parcel the next day, prior to that on the 16th they didn’t deliver my parcel and while tracking reason is they couldn’t find my address now on on Friday I wait for parcel only to learn that while tracking it says they can’t find my address AGAIN? no phone call from the driver sms nothing, I have been dealing with other couriers and they actually take the extra mile to actually contact you if they are unsure of the address or something not RAM shame. Now my child’s medication is part of that package and other necessities now I had to go spend 1k again on things I already bought and waiting for with no arrival.it’s so annoying how come a person gets lost at 11am and only reports it at 17:30? Why can’t they call me the receiver I’m tired of this
