Seriously poor service from RAM
Seriously poor service from RAM still awaiting a parcel that should have been received in this week and it’s now Friday. Drivers refused to show up in stipulated time and some how expected me to take a day off work to receive my parcel. One would expect better service from a company that has been in business for so many years. Professionalism is lacking.

We do apologise that you feel this way about the service you have received from the delivery service.
The courier has come to your address two times between between the hours of two and three and you where not at the address. Vodacom was also supposed to advise you that we only deliver between business hours and on business days so that you could choose your work address for delivery.
The parcel was out for delivery today for the last time, and will now be returned back to the sender.
