Sensitive document delivered to wrong person
I was supposed to get a document for immigration purposes delivered to me. Document was from the British Council. The document was delivered and signed for by a person that is not even on our street. It contains personal information. Not sure why they didn't deliver and ask for ID as they should be aware that it is a sensitive document as the British Council is one of their main clients.
I want my document please!
