Good day. I called into the call centre to track my parcel as our business was closing at 12 and needed delivery to be done before 12. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Mbongeni Tshabalala (I do hope i spelt that right). He had contacted the driver and assisted me to the best of his ability. We received our parcel in no time.
