“Selwyn” at Ram customer service is Rude

I called in Twice to enquire about a parcel that shows delivered when it had not reached me. The guy “Selwyn” asked me to check auth security to see if they did not receive the parcel. I tried to explain that our security is not allowed to receive any parcels and can they maybe find out from the driver who he delivered the parcel to. The guy was plain rude telling me I must know that they will collect the parcel return it and what not. I said but the easier option would be to contact your driver as I will only get to The office on Friday then he hung up. Called again and as soon as he heard it was me, he hung up again. It’s quite shocking that a big company like this still harbours employees that do not have an idea what customer service is. On a good note, after a third try, I eventually received assistance from Phumudzo. I didn’t even have to ask her or tell her how to do her job. She immediately told me she will escalate the matter to the hub where they will locate the driver and get further info.
