****, false advertising and unprofessional agents

Early this morning I got a quote and paid for a parcel delivery from Cape Town to Johannesburg. I selected an option were my delivery will be collected on the 21st and delivered on the 22nd before 5pm.

-The driver never pitched at the collection point and never bothered to call. I only realised when I tried tracking the parcel that he said the sender wasn’t available, collection postponed. I called the contact centre and I was told that they will try to get hold of the driver and someone will call me back within 10min. Waited for 30min and still no call.

I called again and the 2nd agent told me that there is no escalation/ comment left from the 1st agent. I held for about 15min while he tried calling escalating. He also mentioned that even if my parcel gets collected today, I will only get it on Friday. Meaning that I paid R244 for nothing. As the website indicated that with that amount my parcel will be delivered on the 22nd.

I asked to be escalated to one of the the collections supervisor and guess what…. The guy hanged up on me. Never use this company..no matter how urgent or desperate you get
