SAYING ONE THING - DOING ANOTHER

Good Evening,

I know Im propaly not going to get a responds to this but I’m not happy with the service provided today.

Driver arrives at delivery adress – Impala Park in the morning, I was on my way home so we missed each other litterly with seconds.

A lady phones me 12:10 in the afternoon, she would just like to confirm delivery adress again – I tell her and that I am now home so if possible can driver come back – she said she will contact him and get back to me.

She phones me back saying that I should give him about 15 – 30 mintues – the driver will come back today. WHICH HE DID NOT!!

Our on site clrearly states this as below

NOW there is this remake that “could not make delivery as does not live there anymore”?
