Sad christmas without gifts due to ram

I ordered play'em toys from my cousin in cape town for my kids gir christmas. She sent my package through ram. As we left for holiday today she specifically requested that the package reach me on 14 Dec 2018 before 5pm. That did not happen and I have now left for holiday without my kids christmas gifts. When trying to contact Ram to deliver the package to my holiday destination Thandi from ram was EXTREMELY rude and eventually hung up on me. Very very bad service!!!!
