SA ID Card not accepted by RAM, very poor service
Since when does Ram hand to hand couriers NOT accept a South African ID card as a form of identification? I was asked for a green South African ID book which I no longer have and which was since replaced by the ID card, but they refused to accept the ID card. The delivery was sent back.

Please note that should not be the case. We do accept the smart ID card as proof of identification.
Provide to us the tracking number for your parcel so that we can arrange to have your parcel redelivered to you at the soonest possible time,

We were quite explicit with your driver that the SA ID should be accepted but she would not accept this and we eventually asked them to take the parcel with them and leave.
We do not need this re-delivered as we have cancelled the item.
The waybill number was K***. Unfortunately we didn't get the details of the driver or the vehicle.
