The worst service ever,the level of incompetence is appalling. They even have the nerve to lie that the address is incorrect and that they I'm unreachable to cover up their driver's incompetence. Sat at home all day on 27 November ,with my phone on after having received an sms that my parcel is out for delivery. No attempt ever made to call me. After complaining I was then promised that I'll get the parcel on the 30th before 12. Called them after 12 to check when the parcel will arrive, Chad couldn't care less and told me it's still at the warehouse. To say that I'm frustrated is an understatement. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING RAM TO ANYONE.
