Rude, useless company, never use them

I don’t know why vodacom insists on using this useless company to deliver my parcel. It is the second time i’m reordering the same item and i absolutely asked them not to use these useless rude people. I waited 2 weeks for my parcel in December it never got delivered they kept lying they couldn’t get hold of me when they never even called. They sent it back to Vodacom without consulting me i had to reorder and now it’s with Ram again. Driver called on the 31st i explained i wasn’t home he must deliver in 2 days, it’s festive and i had stayed 2 weeks home in December hoping for a delivery but nothing. I decided to call this morning seeing no one has called since regarding a delivery only to be told my parcel is being returned to Vodacom. I am livid , their consultants are rude and useless . I have no idea why anyone still uses these people.
