Rude, Unreliable and Unprofessional

They left with my package 1 min after I went back inside to get more documents required. The driver wouldn't pick up my calls soon after. Called customer service and after much waiting, was told unfortunately the business can't do much for me as their policy states they cannot return in township areas, which are 'high risk'. Firstly, their service is appalling but I wasn't aware township customers are treated differently by the business. Shocking.
