Rude & unprofessional delivery driver

Encountered the most rude and unprofessional delivery driver.

The delivery driver called me in the afternoon telling me they are on the way and would like to know where exactly I was. I tell them I'm not home however I left all the necessary documents and ID at home with someone who is waiting for them.

I further more asked if that person could receive my package for me. The delivery guy rep**** with a simple "okay" and hung up the phone.

When I arrived home I ask if they had received my package but they hadn't. I call back the delivery driver and ask him why was the package not delivered and he tells I wasn't home.

He called me at 1pm telling me he's on his way. Only at 6pm when I arrived home and had to follow up does he care to mention no he didn't deliver as I only could receiver the package.

I further askEd him why did he agree earlier when I asked if someone could receive the package. His reply was "you should have known".

I further ask him that since he knows the procedures and rules, why didn't he mention it earlier and why did I have to follow up. He could easily call to tell me my package is on the way but couldn't call to notify me it wasn't delivered due to those reasons.

When I further questioned him as to why he didn't notify me he kept avoiding the question by replying to his own questions.

When I ask him for his name and surname as I'd like to complain he immediately hangs up the phone. He then refused to take any of my calls

Unfortunately RAM customer care line wasn't being answered as it was passed office hours however I will be calling to lay a formal complaint with them as well
