Rude, obnoxious and useless.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. No answer on their customer care number. Whatsapp "timed out" even though I was never connected to an agent. A waste of 30 min trying to get hold of them because of their rude, useless drivers, and their utterly useless website and customer care.

I received an sms to say they would be delivering today. I requested the delivery be changed to tomorrow, which was received and updated, but the driver still arrived today. I was not at home, so after asking them to comeback tomorrow and them forcing for delivery today, and them going to the wrong house even after confirming they were at the right one, they eventually managed to get the attention of my landlord.

Long story short, they swore at her and caretaker, decides that their hooter was they new favourite toy, and even made the caretaker remove the items from their bakkie, before almost taking the gate off of it's hinges on the way out.

Never in my life have I come across such s&*t service or obnoxious behaviour from a courier. Never again.
