Rude, late and dishonest!!
<p>Driver had no map or GPS. Hopelessly late. Call Centre had all the wrong information and said I had locked their driver in my property?!. All in all an absolutely bismall and disgusting service. Ref: K ********** </p>

As per our telephonic conversation, I do apologize for the behavior or the driver and the agent that you dealt with yesterday, We at RAM do not tolerate this and they will be dealt with accordingly.
I have also escalated this matter to our Regional manager in our PTA hub and he will have this matter resolved and this parcel delivered to you without fail today.
he will also be in contact with you regarding this to apologize.
