Rude drivers and *********** clerks !

Extremely rude drivers and *********** customer service clerks, spelling errors on my address which led to multiple failed deliveries!! Note a next day delivery for the 10th of April is still NOT delivered on the 19th of April ! And to add to it the delivery driver refused an invoice as POR and insisted on me giving him my bank statement !!!
