Rude drivers

The service I received was really bad. I was at school when the package was being "delivered". My family assured me that the courier van had never arrived. Upon speaking to the driver he was very rude and had to call customer service several times coz I kept being cut off. The driver was EXTREMELY rude and even hung up on me. The worst delivery service I've ever come across
