RUDE DRIVERS
Ram drivers are rude and always do not deliver in time and write that no person at that address while they didn't even arrive at your place, they call you you try directing them they become rude and drop calls in your ears from there they no longer take your calls.. had same issue last week Thursday was a lady today is the guy

Please note that the courier has contacted you upon delivery of the parcel and was not able to get a hold of you because one of the number is invalid and the other one was not answered.
When the validations agent contacted you, they state that you did not want to direct the courier to the address.

28 Sept 2021, 14:55HI please stop lying as you have the correct numbers and one of your agents just called me now and told me the driver is outside so which number did they call on as you say numbers are incorrect, firstly your drivers dropped the phones in my ears when i was trying to direct them in the morning hence complaint was laid here
