Rude driver with poor service
I made a sim swap for a RAIN sim card using my manager's details since he is registered in the organization and the delivery was to be made to my place in Capt town and today at 14h10 I got a call from my manager that the RAM guys are outside and from RAM for my RAIN sim card that I should go collect by the gate and when I went there, the guy asked for my manager's ID and I had mine on hand since my manager is in Gauteng province and the driver named Marco when I asked him was so rude and annoyed that I did not have my managers id copy in paper but had it on email and refused to scan it and was even speaking to me using his hands. I asked him why must he be so rude and he did not answer. He was with his colleague who panicked when I asked the driver his name. Now I have to wait for some day for me to get my sim card as I could not be given it. The car registration isc FL 41 HX GP and this happened today on ***.

Please do send us any further information including your waybill number and where the incident took place so that we can get our senior management involved to sort this out.
Also note that if the parcel is addressed to your manager it can only be delivered to him directly. Please note that even if you have the manager's ID copy the courier cannot leave it with you, but only the manager. You can either change the delivery address so that the parcel is delivered to your manager in Gauteng, or you can order the parcel with your own details.
