Rude driver experience lack of follow up on complaint

I had a horrible experience with a very rude driver and put in a complaint on 12th June and got a confirmation response to the email but no feedback. I don't think I would make and follow up on a complaint if it was a frivolous one and because I Unfortunately didn't even choose RAM directly, I was getting a delivery from Crocs, I didn't elect to have to deal with this.

I have given enough time for a response and will follow up with Crocs next if I don't get a satisfying response from RAM after this post.
