Rude driver and useless call center agents

I've had one of the worst experiences with RAM... Call center is unfortunately just as useless. I tried to get a hold of the driver and couldn't , I phoned the center twice and they didn't pass messages onto the driver. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor had stepped out

Out of frustration I canceled my delivery and rain have been unavailable too. Please assist
