Rude driver
Driver impatient. The driver that delivered a package to me on Saturday was actually very rude and leaning in his hooter when I had spoken to him or his co-driver to say he must give me a minute and I will came out. It was very annoying as I answered my phone and gave them an indication that I needed a min, not 2 mins and not 5, just 1 min! He arrived at my gate and immediately started leaning on the hooter. Even if they are rushing to the next delivery, they need to be able to allow you a min to come out! So not impressed!!

05 Dec 2022, 14:15Hi Trae, thanks for your response. As I say they phoned me, and I answered straight away and asked them to stop hooting as I am coming out in a min. Hence, I was very unimpressed with the driver as he continued to hoot. I don't know if they are under pressure to have a quota delivered on a tight deadline or what would the reasons be for this? Tracking no. AAAA***
