Rude driver

Can you please provide your drivers cellphones to phone the recipient when they get to their property? I have just been faced with an extremely rude driver who has been standing in the street, hooting constantly. The recipients are not at home but instead of leaving a note or phoning the recipient, he chose to hoot non-stop in a residential area. As I work from home office and found it quite disturbing, I went outside and asked him if he could not rather phone the recipient than to disturb the rest of the neighborhood. He responded in quite a rude manner, which I found unprofessional and it resulted in me deciding never to make use of RAM for any of my courier services.
