Rude customer service

I can't believe Ram and their system. They claim that I moved the delivery date that I dint for a parcel I needed on the day that was to be delivered. I'm calling them with my airtime and with my time and they rude and telling me they can't deliver a parcel at 14:30. I am so inconvenienced at this point with my work.
