Rude customer care
Had a driver showing up at my house with a delivery he tooted the like a person possesses, asked him why he is tooting so badly and he immediately had a personality fail, he then told me my proof of residence is not good for him and he will not accept it , tried calling the ram offices to report the problem and the phone was dropped in my ear will never use ram again for sure rude people dealing with clients

10 May 2022, 14:19I don't want that driver at my house again ill have him remove by security , i have contacted the company who has sent me the shipment they will get it back from Ram and arrange delivery with a more reliable courier, saw you guys are famous on here with compliance maybe time to do something about it , IN branch training on how to deal with clients will be great value added , thanks any case have a good day
