Rude and unreliable

I’m surprised that this company still exists! One gets the distinct impression that their staff are encouraged to be as rude and and as unhelpful to paying customers, as possible.

On a few occasions now the courier has **** about attempting to deliver a package claiming that there was nobody home when in fact not only was there someone home, the 24 hour security would gladly have accepted delivery.

On other occasions the driver couldn’t be bothered to get out if his vehicle and ring the doorbel but instead sat in front of my house hooting!

I’m paying for the delivery, you are not doing me a favor!!
