rude and unprofessional
good day
drive never phoned me for delivery time now got a call to say he is at my home as the policy state drive will confirm time for delivery now i must wait I made arrangements to get of work for the delivery so i can be home for it, if the drive phoned me before time i could have sayed the time i will be home this is not on for a big company the drive is rude as hell when i asked him why didnt he phone me before time as if it my fault im not home this is unacceptable
