Rude and Unprofessional Courier Driver from Ram Couriers

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the delivery experience I had regarding my recent order The courier who was assigned to deliver my parcel was extremely rude and refused to bring the parcel to my door, despite this being standard delivery practice. Instead, I was told to come and collect it myself, which defeats the purpose of a door-to-door service. I was also told its not his job to bring it to my door

This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect respectful service and proper delivery, especially when I have paid for a full delivery experience.
