Rude and Unprofessional

<p>I signed a new contract with CellC. They shipped my new phone via RAM. Tracking the parcel online, it looked as though the phone would be delivered as promised today (Friday 21 October). however, after waiting all day nothing came. At around 16:55 I phoned customer service. A lady answered and put me on hold while she checked their system. At least that's what she told me. Turns out, 17:00 is quitting time, and so at 17:00 the line went dead with noone to answer subsequent calls. Checking the tracking tool, it simply says undelivered. There is no reason given and noone to give a reason. I found this service incredibly frustrating and unprofessional!</p>
