Rude and scary drivers!

On the 14th June 2023 at 7:30 my parcel stated it was out on delivery. The very same day at exactly 18:29 it was updated to "delivery attempted, contact unavailable". I had canceled my plans for that day and didn't receive any phone call from them. I have been calling Clicks online and RAM couriers from that day until today with no help. At 7:29 19th June 2023 my parcel was out on delivery again. I called and they told me the estimated delivery will be from 14:00-15:00 latest. Called RAM again and they called the driver who called me back with a stinking attitude! He told me it's not his fault that I haven't received my parcel and not my business as RAM is the one that sent him. When he got here at 16:37 there were two of them. They were so rude that I was even scared for my safety with my son. One of them asked me to keep quite and just sign! I just opened my pack and there is one broken item inside and I took pictures!
