Rude and Sarcastic customer service

Only reason I give them 1 star is so that I am able to write this review - they deserve 0 stars. Terrible customer service operator, sarcastic and rude.We have been waiting for a delivery which was set to go out last week but nothing. No assistance was offered over the phone, will be advising vodacom to use a different courier for their deliveries. Never had to deal with such an arrogant operator.
