Rude and *********** customer service

After phoning for 100 times to confirm the change of address they still deliver it to the wrong address.

Lucas from the call center was rude and ***********. When i ask for his supervisor he thinks he is very clever to put me on hold for more than 15 minutes until i cut the call.

You guys should employ competent people as you are in a service industry.
