RUDE AND BAD ATTITUDE

Good day<br> <br> Order number: CELLC***6<br> <br> On 03.11.2015 I spoke to one of your consultants called Yolanda who is ABSOLUTELY RUDE. She has ABSOLUTELY no telephone etiquette and is completely unprofessional.<br> <br> I wanted to change my delivery address as I will not be at work on the day of delivery, she pretended to take down my information only to tell my afterwards that I have to call back on the morning of the delivery to change the address. Not only rude but a bad attitude and raised her voice at me. The call was made on 03.11.2015 at 16H01.<br> <br> I will definitely lodge a complaint with CELL C as well as this puts the delivery at risk as the item ordered is more than R15000.<br> <br> Also when I contacted the call centre it sounded like a shebeen in the back ground. This is not very professional for such a well known organisation.<br> <br> Disappointed...<br>
