Rude and arrogant driver and passenger

Had an unexpected delivery for my cottage tenant from RAM on behalf of Vodacom. Tenant was not in so my wife asked driver to wait. His response - \That's not the way we do things here\". My wife told him to go away then. Driver stormed off. Driver returned later and was warned to not be so aggressive in future. Driver became aggressive and shouted at us all telling us how he expected us to have behaved.. At that point I ordered him off the property and told him never to return. RAM couriers will not be allowed in again."
