rude and arrogant

Ram couriers was meant to delivr a package to me...they cll me in the morning saying they outside my house which they not they at a totally wrong adress which is 20ks away from my house.....<br> Then They call later in the noon shouting on the phone are you still not home keep in mind they were at the prong adress 1st...<br> <br> I said im not home and they refuse to leav the package wit a 2nd party... the delivery guy said he will not leav the package coz im very rude and will only come bak wen im cooled down...<br> <br> I called ram couriers and d guy who answerd is just so rude and arrogant..<br> No customer satisfaction at all.<br>
