Rude Agents

My order was out for delivery to Sportscene yesterday at 8 am I waited for the whole day to go collect it and Sportscene closed at 5:30 pm and still there was no delivery made only for it at 8 pm to say unsuccessful delivery re routed Why the hell would Sportscene be open at 8 pm at night??? Your service is pathetic!!! The customer service agent I was speaking to said my parcel is not medication therefore it’s not high value and it’s not priority how ****ing rude??!!!!!
