Slowest delivery I ever had. Ordered a package online and was shipped on a Monday. Had someone send me a package on the same Monday using SAPO. The SAPO package (that even went through the dreaded Durmail hub) arrived before the RAM package. Their routes are messed up and do not respond to customers. Took 24 hours to drive from Bloemfontein to Kimberley (according to the tracking) and then all of a sudden said it’s coming from Upington to Kimberley (which took 48 hours.). The Friday they called and said I must meet them on the main road, because they don’t have to time to bring it to my doorstep. Absolutely horrible and ******* company. I would not recommend using them for any courier related services.
