******* service, drivers missing in action, rude call centre agents

I wish there was a lower rating for this nonsensical business. I have been waiting for a parcel from Clarins for 2 days, message sent each day saying out for delivery but never arrives. Call centre stuff not helpful, telling me they cannot get hold of the driver. Have made numerous call to the call centre, spoke to one lady called Suzette, got cut off, could not even give the courtesy of a call back. Called again and spoke to some Lucas, says the driver is on his way...well he has been since yesterday, no ETA. That idiot had the audacity to cut the call when I was asking what the ETA is. This is ******* behaviour towards your customers. I hope Clarins takes that account away. You are giving them a bad name.
