Ram Couriers drivers and service is utmost *******.

I was told they do not deliver Saturdays so I chose my workplace for drop off. Then they sent an SMS Saturday morning that they would deliver. Which wasnt in my agreement. The call centre advised that they would notify before the driver arrives there.

This was not done. They merely gave a miss all in which I called back immediately. They put me on hold over 10 minutes and the line went dead. Then I called again and it was outside office hours. No answers.
