Stay Away from using RAM Couriers. I received the worst service from them and after promises that parcel will be collcted for an urgent delivery before 17:00 the parcel has still not left the building at 17:45. Now the parcel will not reach the destination in time and if I knew beforehand that they are so *********** I would have used someone else. The service advisors at the call center are extremely rude and the one is more useless than the other. Transferring you to every department and no one can deliver a service.
