Router Delivery - terrible service from RAM

Router delivery I am extremely frustrated and beyond upset!!!!!!!!! I am waiting for my router from Vodacom. beginning of the month I ordered and signed a fibre contract from a useless sales person Irvin in Centurion, only to hear that RAM couriers returned the order a few days later coz they could not find me, what the hell???? I work from home and been waiting for that router, please send me the call logs for your courier trying to call me. Also please note if i loose my job coz you **** to Vodacom about the delivery then I am going to the authorities, I'm taking a legal route. I need that router today, I dont care how you get it to me so just know that I need it today!!!
