Rotten attitude

I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 18/03/2016 when the said company called me to inform me that my parcel had arrived,I informed them that I was not around and I will be back at around 14:30. I called to inform them I had arrived and they could deliver my parcel ,they gave me the delivery drivers name and number..thabang.whom I spoke to and he said he would call me back as he was busy and hung up. An hour later I called again as I had to get somewhere he rudely told me I had to wait and hung up again. As I became irrate now I called again thabang kept quiet and hung up. I received a text informing me that my parcel was returned. He called me to tell me that he informed his office that he is not going to deliver my parcel. How on earth does that happen. I swear not to use this company ever again..because to begin with they delivered my parcel to bloemfontein and no apology was issued...nothing. this thabang guy is rude and gives your company a bad name
