Ridiculously ***********

Placed a router and sim order with Afrihost who use Ram couriers. Ram guy calls and says they have two cell phones to deliver to me. I declined the order because I obviously didn't order cell phones. Afrihost says I cancelled my order. Only the Ram guy knows why he thought it was cell phones. He's assumption has wasted my time and money because I can't get the same deal anymore.

I reordered with Afrihost. Ram guy calls and says he's on my way to me, I tell him I'm not at that address today and you were supposed to notify me of the day of delivery anyway so I can make arrangements. He says no worries I'll bring it tomorrow. I make arrangements for the next day and wait for the delivery. At 2 pm I decide to call him to follow up, he says sorry the company didn't include my parcel for today's deliveries.

It's been three weeks now that Ram seems to struggle to deliver a single item.
